AFMMH

WHO WE ARE

WE MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE

Advocates for Minority Mental Health (AFMMH) was founded on one simple truth: no one should have to choose between their faith and their mental health.

For far too long, individuals and families—especially within underserved communities—have suffered in silence because of stigma, fear, or lack of access. We believe healing begins when people are seen, heard, and supported.

At AFMMH, we bridge the gap between faith, compassion, and mental wellness by creating safe spaces where hope can grow.

To empower individuals and communities by providing compassionate mental health support, faith-centered encouragement, education, advocacy, and practical resources that inspire healing, restore hope, and strengthen lives.
